Employee Acknowledgement:
As an employee, I understand that the cost for this event of $25 per person is paid by the Lancaster Rec on the condition of my attendance. If I complete the registration and reserve a space for myself or myself and a guest and choose not to attend, the total cost of the event ticket (maximum $50) may be deducted from my regularly scheduled direct deposit from Lancaster Rec for hours worked. I consent to this deduction if I should register but not attend the event on Dec. 5,2024.
