Maple Grove Community Building
Located at 1420 Columbia Avenue, Lancaster, PA, the Maple Grove Community Building is a versatile indoor venue perfect for celebrations, meetings, and events. With a capacity of up to 140 guests, the building features a full kitchen, restrooms, and ample parking, making it a convenient and well-equipped space for your next gathering.
Rental Details
- Security Deposit: $150 (refundable pending inspection by rental facilitator)
- Basic Rental Fee: $75 per hour
- Available Hours:
- Friday: 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Minimum Rental: 4 hours
- Alcohol Fee: $135 (if applicable)

Conestoga Pines Pool Rentals
Located at 1230 Rockford Road, Lancaster, PA, Conestoga Pines Pool is the perfect outdoor venue for summer gatherings, offering options for both daytime and private evening pool parties between Memorial Day and Labor Day).
Daytime Pool Party Rentals
- Rental Fee: $20 for two tables with umbrellas (paid in advance to secure the date)
- Admission: Daily admission cost for all attendees is paid on the day of the party
Private Pool Party Rentals (6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
- Includes: Access to the main pool, baby pool, playground, and picnic tables
- Bring Your Own: Grill and food (optional)
- Security Deposit: $100 (required to book)
Rental Fees
Monday – Thursday:
- Up to 50 people – $300
- Up to 100 people – $400
Friday – Sunday:
- Up to 50 people – $350
- Up to 100 people – $450
